At Athinais Luxury Apartments, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while allowing us to manage reservations effectively. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
Flexible Cancellation Terms
- More than 30 Days Before Arrival: Should you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, there will be no charge, and any deposit paid (30% of the total reservation price) will be fully refunded to you.
- 10 Days or Less Before Arrival: For cancellations made within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date, the deposit (30% of the total reservation price) will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Non-Show: In the case of a non-show, where you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date, the deposit (30% of the total reservation price) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Early Departure: If you decide to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining stay will be charged.
Modifying Your Reservation
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate modifications to your reservation whenever possible. If you need to alter your booking dates or other details, please contact us as soon as possible. Adjustments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the change.
Processing Refunds
Any refunds due will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
